At Liverpool Banners, we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers. Since each banner is custom-made to order, returns are limited and must meet specific conditions outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. When Can You Return an Item?

We only accept returns in cases where:

  • There’s a noticeable print defect or visible quality issue

  • You received the wrong size or product type

  • Essential finishing is incomplete (e.g. missing hems, eyelets, or pole pockets)

📩 Reporting an Issue:

If you experience any of the above, here’s what to do:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Email support@Liverpoolbanners.co.uk with your order number in the subject

  • Include clear photographs taken from around 2 metres away, showing the full item and the specific issue

 Returns cannot be accepted without photo proof. Every return request will be reviewed by our team before authorisation.

2. Damaged Parcels on Delivery

If your item arrives with clearly damaged outer packaging, we advise you to refuse the delivery.

Accepting a visibly damaged parcel may void your ability to file a return claim for damage caused during transit.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Please use a tracked courier to ensure safe delivery

  • We cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged during transit

Initial delivery charges (the cost of shipping your order to you) are non-refundable, unless we confirm a defect or fulfilment error on our part.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We’re unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • You report the issue after the 24-hour window

  • The banner contains errors (like typos or layout issues) from approved artwork

  • The issue is related to courier delays, acceptable colour shifts (within 10–15% tolerance), or personal preference

  • There’s no manufacturing fault with your custom item

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the criteria above.

5. What Happens After You Return It?

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If the issue is verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference

  • If no fault is found, we will return the product to you and no refund or replacement will be offered
