Welcome to Liverpool Banners. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your purchase.

1. Accepted File Types

We accept artwork in the following formats: PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, JPEG, EPS, TIFF, and CDR. To ensure your print turns out as expected, files should be 300 DPI or higher.

Please include a 2-inch bleed on all sides to prevent trimming errors or content loss during production.

2. Artwork, Proofs & Colour Accuracy

Once we receive your design files:

  • Our team will review and convert them into a print-ready format.

  • We do not support Pantone colour matching; all artwork is converted to CMYK, which may result in slight shade variation.

  • A digital proof will be emailed for layout approval. It’s your responsibility to check all elements—text, alignment, colours, and spelling.

  • Written confirmation via email is required before printing begins. We won’t proceed without it.

  • Approvals received after 1:00 PM or beyond the day’s cut-off will be processed the next working day, which may affect turnaround times.

⚠️ Note: Colour differences of up to 10–15% are within acceptable industry tolerances due to screen vs. print discrepancies.

3. Product Specs & Finishing Details

Our banners are printed using wide-format digital machines, designed for distance visibility (2 metres or more). They are not intended for ultra-high-resolution photo prints.

Sizing Accuracy: Slight deviations (up to 2–5 cm) may occur due to material stretch and finishing.

Banner Construction:

  • Banners under 10ft are typically produced as a single sheet.

  • For larger sizes, seamless joints may be applied, aligned carefully to preserve design integrity.

  • Hemming charges apply for banners under 60 square feet.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 5–6 working days of artwork approval (not payment date). Please plan ahead to meet deadlines.

Packaging Notes:

  • Items larger than 110 cm x 110 cm may be folded for shipping. This can result in creases or slight colour variation, which are not considered defects.

  • To avoid folding, choose the “Rolled on Tube” option at checkout (extra cost + 1-day extension in delivery).

5. Express Services

We offer same-day, 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour production on select items. These fast-track services are subject to design complexity and product type.

  • To qualify for expedited printing, your order and proof approval must be confirmed before 1:00 PM.

  • Orders approved after this cut-off may be subject to a 50% rush surcharge to meet next-day or same-day deadlines.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our banners, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo evidence is required (taken from at least 2 metres away)

Returns are accepted for:

  • Major print defects (excluding minor colour variance)

  • Incorrect product dimensions that do not match the approved proof

Damaged parcels: If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Accepting a damaged package may void your return rights.

Missed deadlines: If a dispatch delay on our side causes a missed event, and the banner is no longer needed, refuse delivery and notify us.

⛔ Courier delays are not eligible for refunds; however, proof of timely dispatch will be provided.

Return Shipping:
Approved returns must be returned at the customer’s expense. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless a fault is confirmed.

7. Fraud Prevention

All orders are photographed and weighed prior to dispatch to validate authenticity and prevent fraudulent claims.

Any attempt to misuse our returns process or issue false disputes may result in legal action. We reserve the right to recover any related costs.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Designs and artwork created by Liverpool Banners remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to showcase printed work (with your approved designs) for marketing or portfolio use, including display on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

Refunded projects that involved design work will be subject to a 50% design fee deduction from the total refund amount.

9. Legal Limits & Disputes

Our total liability for any order is limited strictly to the value of the purchase.

In the event of a payment dispute filed via PayPal or credit card provider, their final decision will be deemed binding and cannot be challenged further. We will provide all documentation to support our case.

10. Other Terms

  • Order Value Limit: Our liability cannot exceed the original value of your order.

  • Dispute Outcomes: Decisions from PayPal or merchant services will be final and are not open to further dispute.

  • Pricing Policy: Prices may be updated without notice. Unpaid orders may be cancelled or re-invoiced at current rates.

  • Newsletter Subscription: By accepting these terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive promotional emails from us.
